About these Terms

These Terms and Conditions explain the rules that apply when you visit PrepLibrary.in, use the PrepLibrary application, join a PrepLibrary membership, participate in a Zoom study room, or use any related feature or service (together, the “Services”).

In these Terms, “PrepLibrary,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the PrepLibrary service operated from Musheerabad. “You” and “member” mean any person who visits, registers for, purchases, or uses the Services.

By creating an account, completing a purchase, or using the Services, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with them, do not create an account or use the Services.

What PrepLibrary provides

PrepLibrary is a virtual study community designed to help competitive-exam aspirants build consistent study habits in a focused online environment. Depending on your membership plan, the Services may include:

Live study rooms conducted through Zoom;
Access to a community of serious aspirants;
Study accountability, rankings, and streak-based motivation;
Opportunities to create or join a study circle;
Peer interaction and study-partner support;
Structured routines and progress-tracking features;
Member updates and preparation-support content; and
Mindfulness, wellness, or other support sessions where listed in the applicable plan.

Zoom is the only live meeting platform used for the live-study and interactive session features described in these Terms. PrepLibrary does not promise access through any other video-meeting platform unless the relevant plan or website page expressly says otherwise.

The features available to you depend on the plan, membership period, app version, and information shown before purchase. PrepLibrary may improve, reorganise, replace, or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary to operate or improve the Services.

PrepLibrary provides a learning environment, study structure, and community support. It does not guarantee a particular examination score, rank, admission, job, qualification, or other result.

Eligibility and Responsible Use

You must provide accurate information when registering and must use the Services only for lawful and genuine study-related purposes. If you are under the age of majority applicable to you, use the Services only with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

You must not use the Services if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law or if your account has previously been suspended or terminated for serious misuse, unless PrepLibrary has given written permission to restore access.

Accounts and Security

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your registration information current and for protecting your login credentials.

Your membership and account are personal to you. You must not share, sell, rent, transfer, or lend your login details or membership access to another person. You must notify PrepLibrary promptly if you suspect unauthorised access, account misuse, or a security incident.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access and the issue was not caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

Memberships, Plans, and Payment

The price, duration, inclusions, renewal information, and any applicable limitations will be displayed on the relevant pricing or checkout page. Please review that information before completing payment.

Payment may be processed by a third-party payment provider. By completing a purchase, you confirm that the payment information supplied is accurate and that you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy.

Unless the checkout page expressly states otherwise, a membership grants access only for the stated membership period. Payment does not automatically create lifetime access, ownership of PrepLibrary content, or a right to every feature offered under a different plan.

Zoom Study Rooms and Sessions

Zoom is used for PrepLibrary’s live study rooms and interactive sessions. You may need to install or update the Zoom application, use a compatible device, and maintain a reliable internet connection.

Member Content

You may be able to submit messages, comments, feedback, study goals, profile information, notes, or other material through the Services (“Member Content”).

You retain ownership of Member Content that you lawfully own. By submitting Member Content, you grant PrepLibrary a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, store, display, reproduce, and process it only as reasonably required to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the Services.

Community Rules

PrepLibrary is intended to be a respectful, focused, and supportive study environment. You agree to:

Communicate courteously with other members, mentors, moderators, and PrepLibrary representatives;
Keep discussions relevant to study, preparation, wellbeing, or the stated purpose of a community space;
Follow reasonable moderation and session instructions;
Use rankings, streaks, study circles, and progress features honestly; and
Report abusive behaviour, safety concerns, technical issues, or inappropriate content.

You must not:

Harass, threaten, bully, stalk, intimidate, or discriminate against another person;
Publish abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or seriously offensive content;
Impersonate another person or falsely claim an association with PrepLibrary;
Upload malware, spam, unauthorised advertising, fraudulent content, or unlawful material
Manipulate rankings, streaks, attendance, referrals, or other platform features;
Attempt to bypass security, access restricted features, interfere with the app, or disrupt another person’s study experience.

PrepLibrary may remove content, restrict participation, suspend an account, or terminate a membership when it reasonably believes that these rules or these Terms have been breached. Access terminated for a serious or repeated violation will ordinarily not qualify for a refund, subject to applicable law and the Refund Policy.

PrepLibrary Content &Intellectual Property

The PrepLibrary name, logo, website, app design, text, graphics, videos, audio, study-room formats, rankings, routines, original resources, and other materials supplied by PrepLibrary are owned by PrepLibrary or used under licence.

Service Availability

PrepLibrary aims to provide a reliable service but does not promise that the website, app, Zoom rooms, or any feature will be available without interruption or errors. Access may be affected by maintenance, software updates, internet failures, device limitations, service-provider outages, security incidents, or events outside our reasonable control.

Where practical, PrepLibrary may notify members about planned maintenance or significant changes. A temporary interruption does not by itself create a right to a refund.

Third-Party Materials and Links

Subject to these Terms and your active membership, PrepLibrary grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the Services for your own study. You must not copy, sell, publish, license, distribute, modify, scrape, record, or commercially exploit PrepLibrary content without written permission.

Disclaimer of Results

PrepLibrary helps members create a more structured and accountable study routine. Individual results depend on many factors, including preparation time, prior knowledge, health, learning strategy, examination conditions, and personal effort.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PrepLibrary and its representatives, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from or connected with the Services. This includes loss associated with examination outcomes, loss of data, account misuse, third-party interruptions, or reliance on Member Content.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India. The parties should first attempt to resolve a genuine dispute through good-faith communication using the contact details below.

Subject to applicable law, disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by the courts having jurisdiction over Hyderabad, India.

The operator should confirm the exact city, state, and legal entity details with a lawyer before publication.

Suspension and Termination

PrepLibrary may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Services, provide false information, share an account, engage in unlawful or fraudulent activity, threaten the safety of the community, or interfere with the operation of the platform.

You may stop using the Services at any time. Account closure or non-use does not automatically create a refund right. Payment outcomes are governed by the Refund Policy.

Privacy and Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your PrepLibrary account and associated personal information through the in-app account-deletion option, where available. Some information may need to be retained where required by law, needed to complete a transaction, resolve a dispute, prevent fraud, or protect the security of the Services.

Changes to these Terms

PrepLibrary may revise these Terms when the Services, law, or business practices change. The latest version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use after publication of an updated version means that you accept the revised Terms, subject to applicable law.
