Refund Policy

Refund Policy

September 18, 2026

Overview

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to PrepLibrary memberships, plans, and other paid digital access purchased through PrepLibrary.in or an authorised payment flow.

Because paid digital access may begin soon after payment, completed payments are generally non-refundable except for a verified duplicate payment, a payment error accepted by PrepLibrary, or a refund required by applicable law.

Review before payment

Before paying, please review the plan name, price, access period, features, eligibility requirements, and any restrictions shown on the relevant pricing or checkout page.

PrepLibrary’s live study rooms and interactive sessions use Zoom only. If your plan includes live study access, you may need a compatible device, the Zoom application, and a stable internet connection. Zoom’s own terms and technical requirements also apply.

If you have a question about the plan or access, please contact PrepLibrary before completing payment.

Cancellation

A completed payment generally cannot be cancelled. If a payment is pending, failed, duplicated, or appears to have been processed incorrectly, contact PrepLibrary promptly with the transaction details so that the issue can be reviewed.

Deleting your account, uninstalling the app, not attending a Zoom session, or choosing not to use the membership does not automatically cancel the payment or create a refund right.

Duplicate or incorrectly processed payments

If the same payment is successfully processed more than once because of a verified technical or processing error, PrepLibrary may refund the duplicate amount after reviewing the transaction records.

Please provide your name, registered phone number or email address, transaction ID, payment date, amount, and proof of the duplicate charge. Approved refunds are generally initiated within 7–10 business days after verification. The time required for the amount to appear may depend on the payment provider or bank.

Situations that generally do not qualify for a refund

Subject to applicable law, PrepLibrary generally does not issue refunds for:

  • A change of mind after purchase;
  • Failure to use the app, website, membership, or Zoom study rooms;
  • Missing a live session or choosing not to participate;
  • Personal, academic, health, travel, or scheduling circumstances;
  • Device, software, internet, or network problems on the member’s side;
  • Dissatisfaction with examination preparation or results;
  • Choosing another study method, service, or platform;
  • Deletion of an account or uninstallation of the app; or
  • Suspension or termination caused by a breach of the Terms and Conditions.

If a genuine service or payment problem occurs, contact us promptly. We will review the matter and, where reasonably possible, try to restore access or provide an operational solution.

Third-party payment providers

A payment provider may apply its own processing terms and timelines. PrepLibrary is not responsible for delays caused solely by a bank or payment provider, but we will reasonably assist with a genuine transaction investigation.

Payment disputes

If you do not recognise a payment or believe that a transaction was processed incorrectly, contact PrepLibrary first with the relevant details. Where unauthorised or fraudulent activity is suspected, access may be temporarily restricted while the matter is investigated.

Nothing in this Policy removes any consumer or payment rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Policy changes

PrepLibrary may update this Policy when its payment process, Services, or legal obligations change. The version applicable to a purchase will ordinarily be the version published when that purchase was completed, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
